Every order comes with a proof of purchase receipt with a written order number. If you would like a refund/exchange, please have this order number to simplify the process.
If you would like a refund, please contact the Dawg Ears team with your order number and someone will be in contact with you. All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment (i.e. electronic transfer, credit/debit card/etc.) unless an alternative method is agreed upon.
If you would like to exchange, please contact the Dawg Ears team with your order number and someone will be in contact with you. In order to exchange, you must ship the item you are returning, along with your proof of purchase receipt to an address given to you by a member of the Dawg Ears team. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for paying for your shipping costs if you are exchanging. Once we receive the product, we will ship the new product you are requesting, for free.
